"For years, I managed a mild sensitivity to dust and pollution, allergic rhinits but in November 2023, everything changed. I began waking up to uncontrollable sneezing and intense nasal irritation that lasted 4 to 5 hours every single morning. I felt helpless and deeply frustrated.

I was suffering from very painful migraines, having very low self esteem which led to depression as well as had very irregular periods due to pcod. I suffered from an autoimmune disease Sjogrens syndrome after an emotional trauma. I was destined to take lifelong medicines for this autoimmune disease.
